Is there a minimum storage period?
Yes, to maintain our security protocols and environmental stability, we require a minimum storage commitment of 3 months.
How much notice do I need to give for collection?
For Standard and Premium tiers, we request 24 hours notice. Bespoke members enjoy priority access with as little as 2 hours notice.
Are my vehicles insured while in your care?
While we carry comprehensive professional liability and facility insurance, owners are required to maintain their own "laid-up" insurance policy. We can facilitate this through our partner brokers if needed.
